Food Safety:

Food Safety Include all practices and conditions that preserve the quality of food to prevent contamination and food-borne illnesses during preparation, handling and storage.  The good practices of Food Safety give assurance that food will not cause harm to the consumer when it is prepared and/or eaten according to its intended use. Food safety is critical to ensure that the food served to customers is safe to eat.

 The principle food safety achieved through a variety of different ways, some of which are:

  • Properly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, equipment and utensils
  • Food Storage
  • Procure from safe source
  • Develop and follow HACCP program  & GMP
  • training and development
  • Heat & cool food properly
  • Control time and temperature
  • Prevent cross contamination
  • Maintaining a high level of personal hygiene, especially hand-washing
  • Cooking
