Food Adulteration

The addition or subtraction of any substance to or from food, so that the natural composition and quality of food substance is affected.Addition of these adulterants reduces the value of nutrient  in food and also contaminates the food, which is not fit for consumption. Food Allergy

Is a condition in which certain foods trigger an abnormal immune response .it caused by your immune system recognizing some of the proteins in a food as harmful. Your body then launches a range of protective measures, including releasing chemicals like histamine, which causes inflammation. Food Defense

Occurs when a person has difficulty digesting a particular food.
